On Belly Dancing


Bellydancing in my opinion… is the correct form every woman should get to know her body for maximum potential of experiencing bliss, pleasure, strength, and confidence.  Many cultures teach this early on.  I believe that when society lacks teaching this to young women we are blindfolding them from truth.  My bellydance practice is a combination of qi gong principles that enhance the awareness of each movement, yoga that creates strength and poise, and meditations which allow expansion in intuitive inner guidance.  I have many creative visuals that I will be sharing in my blogs in describing these concepts and how they co exist within the dance.
