Face Skin Hair and Nails.  Our bodies are physical and carnal and they are created of elements.  But it is all from Nature and should be treated in an all-natural way.  What do I mean by this?  The best body care for life is to harmonize the living human being with natural substances, from the natural plants and kind earth.  We are of the Mother Earth.  We should be gentle in blending with what is there.  Nothing from the harsh industrial factories if at all possible (only in extreme cases and emergencies - which we should avoid)
