Gwyneth Paltrow, Millionaire Mom, slanders us regular Moms, in her latest interview with E NEWS. She was quoted saying, “I think it’s different when you have an office job, because it’s routine and, you know, you can do all the stuff in the morning and you come home in the evening. When you’re shooting a movie, they’re like, ‘We need you to go to Wisconsin for two weeks,’ and then you work 14 hours a day and that part of it is very difficult. I think to have a regular job and be a mom is not as, of course there are challenges, but it’s not like being on set.”
Well, Gwyneth Paltrow seems to have forgotten, or perhaps, never has known, just how much regular moms truly deal with to work and support their families. Shame on her for not being more aware. Her million dollar movie salaries seem to have floated her into the land of somewhat stupid. The average mom spends 94 hours per week working her butt off, revealed in recent study, and is very under payed, plus struggling these days to get ahead. Why are Hollywood stars paid more then school teachers? I ask myself this everyday. Do we really "need" Hollywood folks? Lets not look to Miss Paltrow for any Goddess of the year awards, rather lets seek the average mom out there who really has done something valuable in the world besides play in make up and memorize a few lines.
